Want to get more involved in the beehive collective? Become a bee!

We need young women and men to join us in pollinating community giving in Raleigh and inspiring young women to lead.

We are looking for inspired and talented young women and men from diverse personal and professional backgrounds to join our hive. We are an equal opportunity group at every level and welcome all with energy and skills to offer our work, regardless of their race, age, gender, religion, sexuality, level of income or education, disability, or immigration status.

To become a bee (member) we ask that you give a contribution of your time and talent to the beehive collective as well as a half of a percent of your annual income each year.

How much is 0.5%?
If you make $30,000, it's $150.
If you make $50,000, it's $250.
If you make $75,000, it's $375.
and so on...

We know that this is a meaningful amount to young folks in Raleigh. As a benefit of being a bee you'll get to help us choose which local cause and specific organization we donate to at the beginning of the calendar year.

Do I have to give 0.5% of my income to become a bee?
In short, yes.
We are confident that individuals all over Raleigh (and the Triangle) will want to support this work - whether through contributions of their own money (honey bees), time, or talent (worker bees).
We also know that there will be folks who want to get really involved in where their money is going - folks who want to donate all of the above. These are the individuals who we are targeting to become bees. It is these incredibly invested individuals who will choose our beneficiary each year.
